333e Terms & Conditions — Bangladesh Player Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "333e" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the 333e online betting and casino service operated at 333e.io.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with 333e or who accesses the platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Player on the 333e platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Services" means all betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, slots, virtual games, fishing games, and any other product or feature made available at 333e.io.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or incentive granted to a Player by 333e subject to applicable terms.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of all 333e account balances, transactions, and payouts.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of NID and supporting documentation.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any activity listed under Section 9 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and bonus abuse.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering a 333e account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature of the 333e platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You have read and agree to the 333e Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• All information provided by you during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money placed as wagers on the 333e platform.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 333e relating to the subject matter herein.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to use the 333e platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or operating in a professional capacity as an agent for any other person.
• You do not hold any existing 333e account, whether active or previously suspended.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or enforced, that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of 333e or any of its affiliated game providers or technology suppliers.

333e reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 333e platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different payment methods or contact details are used.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must not:

• Register using another person's identity or contact information.
• Provide false, fictitious, or misleading information at any stage of registration.
• Use a temporary or disposable phone number or email address for account creation.
• Register an account on behalf of any third party.

333e reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of access to any particular product or service on the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333e login credentials. You must notify 333e support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 333e support is contactable at [email protected].

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

333e operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to operate a safe and reliable platform. KYC verification is required before a Player's first withdrawal request can be processed.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back copy of your Bangladesh NID card.
• Proof of Address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.
• Payment Method Verification — confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other payment account used for deposits is registered in your name.
• Selfie Verification — a clear photograph of you holding your NID document, as requested by the 333e support team.

Withdrawals will be held pending completion of KYC verification. 333e will endeavour to complete the review of submitted documents within 72 hours of receipt. If submitted documents are insufficient or unclear, the support team will contact you for additional information.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from 333e accounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• bKash — instant BDT deposits; withdrawals subject to processing time.
• Nagad — instant BDT deposits; withdrawals subject to processing time.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — BDT deposits and withdrawals.
• Upay (UCB) — BDT deposits; withdrawal availability subject to current platform configuration.
• Visa / Mastercard — card deposits accepted for Bangladesh-issued cards denominated in BDT.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation within your 333e account. These limits may be subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless 333e support approves an alternative arrangement following identity verification. 333e does not accept third-party deposits — the payment account used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the 333e account.

333e does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your mobile banking provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside the control of 333e.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 333e sportsbook and all casino game rounds played at 333e are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, market, and game type. These product-specific rules are accessible within each betting market and game interface on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any product-specific rule, the product-specific rule will apply to that product only.

General betting and gaming rules applicable across all 333e products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player except where a cash-out option is available and exercised prior to settlement.
• 333e reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrectly priced markets. A voided bet returns the original stake to the Player's account balance.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live casino game round or slot spin, the relevant game provider's server log constitutes the definitive record of the round outcome. 333e will liaise with the provider to resolve disputed outcomes.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit may be reduced or declined.
• 333e reserves the right to suspend any market, game, or product at any time without notice, including during live events, for operational, regulatory, or integrity reasons.
• Minimum bet stakes apply and are displayed within each product interface.

Cricket betting at 333e covers Bangladesh Premier League, T20 World Cup, IPL, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, among other competitions. Specific in-play rules, abandonment policies, and settlement procedures for cricket markets are governed by the cricket betting rules published within the 333e sportsbook interface.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

333e may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered Players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all 333e promotions include:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates applicable to each bonus are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or accounts under any circumstances.
• 333e reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if it determines that the promotion is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.
• A Player who has self-excluded or set a deposit limit that restricts their ability to meet wagering requirements will not be eligible to receive new bonus offers for the duration of the restriction.

333e expressly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically placing low-risk wagers designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 333e platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place bets without direct human input.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of casino game rounds or to exploit promotional offers.
• Any involvement in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the manipulation of sporting outcomes on which bets have been placed at 333e.
• Using the 333e platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for betting or gaming at 333e.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error are not valid and will be voided.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim registration bonuses or other first-deposit promotions more than once.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing any other person to use your 333e account.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

333e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• A Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified via their registered contact information. Funds held in suspended accounts will be reviewed as part of the investigation process. Funds determined to be legitimately earned and not connected to any prohibited activity will be returned following the conclusion of the investigation, subject to completed KYC verification.

11 Responsible Gaming

333e is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your 333e account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 72-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your 333e account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent exclusion from the 333e platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Reality Check Alerts: Receive periodic reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity while logged in.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 333e platform, including but not limited to the 333e brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of 333e or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 333e platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 333e content without prior written consent.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the 333e platform or its software.
• Use the 333e brand name, logo, or any other 333e intellectual property in connection with any commercial activity or third-party service without prior written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333e shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform arising from technical faults, maintenance, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond 333e's reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the 333e platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.
• Any actions taken by payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard) that result in delayed or failed transactions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 333e's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14 Privacy and Data

333e collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By registering a 333e account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data submitted for KYC verification is retained for the period required by applicable law and 333e's internal compliance obligations. Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the 333e support team, subject to any overriding legal retention requirements.

15 Amendments to Terms

333e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via their registered contact information or through a notice displayed on the 333e platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 333e platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. 333e operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 333e platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 333e support team shall be subject to the dispute resolution process set out by 333e, details of which are available from the support team upon request.
